We want you to love everything you order from Fericire. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at yummyadeyemmy@gmail.com to initiate your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at yummyadeyemmy@gmail.com.
